As parents of children on the autism spectrum, my why is deeply personal: I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and every family deserves the support to navigate their unique journey.

My why lies in my passion for helping individuals and families overcome challenges and discover their strengths. It’s all about creating meaningful change and empowering others to grow, thrive, and build resilience so they can live life as independently as possible. 

My why is witnessing the profound impact that individualized support and intervention can have when led by active participation by all members of a person's support system. I am driven to bring positive change for people in their homes, schools, and communities.​​​​​

My why is watching each client grow into the most independent and successful person they can be! Watching the confidence that not only a client gains, but their families to do the things they didn’t think were possible is the most rewards aspect of my job!

My why is the joy and fulfillment I feel from creating meaningful, positive changes in the lives of the families I service. The ability to see progress whether it’s a child learning to communicate effectively, an individual mastering life skills, or a family building stronger, more positive interaction, is what drives my passion for this field. Each small victory reinforces the significant impact that our interventions can have on someone’s life. 

My why is rooted in the belief that every person has the potential to thrive. As a BCBA, I’m passionate about breaking barriers, celebrating progress, and creating meaningful change for individuals and their families. My goal is to empower individuals & I am committed to fostering growth, building connections, and supporting families every step of the way.​

My why is simply this: If I can be so lucky to have these kids be a part of my world and help teach them the skills to thrive, then that is enough knowing I am changing and shaping not only a part of their world, but rather the entire thing as well as their families.
